Company profile   OSETCO ( overseas Engineering & Trading co. ) , was established early 1996 to provide infrastructural requirements, basically electricity and water, for both the industrial and urban developments sectors in Egypt. OSETCO(has been recognized as one of main contractors in the Egyptian private sector working in the water, wastewater treatment and piping systems. Having this experience , we achieved with one of local public Sector Company jointly a big water treatment plant 200 litre/sec. We are responsible for all design, engineering, electromechanical, piping and installation works. We have just signed the contract with total amount of 4 Mio USD and project will be started beginning of next year.     2.                    sewage treatment plant:   We has large, experienced professional staff with expertise in project design, analysis, implementation and evaluation, as well as the know-how of modern technologies application in this field. We have a lot of references in this field through joint venture with foreign companies or by OSETCO tools as a Turnkey project. We have the whole capabilities starting from engineering and design as standard plants or even Tailor design according to non-standard capacities or special areas available. We manufacture a lot of parts locally in our warehouse such as briges and scrabers(i.e.all steel structure together with sand filters). The plants available as eliminating the organic substance from sewage or more to give irrigation water as product from the plants which help economically and double the advantages of using such sewage treatment plants. We guarantee our client irrigation water with specification conforming to those  recommended for plants and irrigation. 3.       water desalination treatment plant:   We represent one of the biggest manufacture worldwide in the field of    water desalination plant called (Aqua Engineering).  Aqua Engineering had a lot of references in the gulf area and the Middle East specially Egypt and  U.A.E. Together we did three plants in Egypt, our role was assembly of the plants at site while all supervision and know how was Via Aqua Engineering. We recently started the business of B.O.O. (build,operate and own) for desalination plant in Egypt through one of the new investment Egyptian companies and we are negotiating the first contract now. We also have participated in a lot of tenders with aqua engineering for polishing systems in power stations (it is a special treatment system) . We guarantee our clients desalinated water with specifications conforming to those recommended by the world health organization. We further more guarantee a TDS ( Total dissolved solids) level of less than 500 PPM.     4.                    swimming pools and fountains :   These activities have been added to the activity of the company during 1999. We have the full know how and experience in this field from traditional pools up to ready made which gave us the push to implement  a lot of projects with the supervision and as an representatives of BWT-Austria , we had executed almost 20 swimming pools with different capacities together with a very big lagoon in one of the resorts in Ras Sudr-Sinai.  A complete system starting from intake pumping station at the sea with an filtration system and oxidation of water through different sized fountains distributed among the lake together with all lighting under water. All the design , engineering , procurements , installation and commissioning of this lagoon was made by Osetco staff.   5.                    Ductile pipes iron and fittings :   As it will known that the ductile iron pipe field is the most important field in the piping material , as all new infrastructure water or waste piping system is always selected ductile iron pipes and its fittings. Osetco have entered this field in Egypt since 1998 We are now one of main distributors for ductile iron pipes and fittings as the local agent of Buderus Guss-Germany in Egypt. The main big five manufacture of ductile iron pipes includes Buderus as number (3) worldwide. -Since year 2000 , we have add the business of contracting of pipe lines but only with ductile iron pipes , we already have two medium projects and now we are negotiating to sign a big contract. -This field has become our big sector through our activities , because through retail or contracting , we became one of the well-known and recognizable firm in Egypt in this field.      6.                    power generation:   we are the representatives and local agent for a big manufacture worldwide in the production of gas engines and Gen set called Jenbacher AG-Austria.
